Oil produced from olives of selected cultivars (moraiolo frantoio leccino) harvested by hand in the olive groves of the property in the month of October – early November. The milling takes place immediately after the daily harvest by cold extraction.

Intense green color with herbaceous scent with a marked bitter and spicy note.

Particularly suitable for meat, fish and legumes seasoned strictly cold.
